Wow, what a beautiful city full of people who are just that… beautiful. This is the furthest east I’ve ever been in the world and the people have been very accommodating and welcoming. I can’t wait to get to work and learn the Austrian culture then bring it back with me to New York City.
How do I describe my first half week here? Hmm… Well, like I said before this is the furthest east I’ve ever traveled, so the first obvious thing that I must mention is that I’m tired. Jetlag is a serious problem for me right now. I keep waking up at 1 am and can’t get to sleep until it’s time for me to wake up, which is unfortunate because, well, I feel like a zombie all day. Actually, today I got a pretty good night’s sleep. I’ll see how the rest of the day goes.
[WORX] is an amazing office. The layout is extremely comfortable and relaxing, I couldn’t ask for a better place to work. I’ve met some of my co-workers in person, while others I’ve only communicated with through email or Skype. It’s nice to finally meet everyone face to face and get to know them better.
As far as the rest of the news, I haven’t had an opportunity to really discover the city. I’ll get back to you on that.
